What This Division Does

XZRO HR is the internal people-operations division of XZRO LLC. It provides a central framework for staffing, workforce standards, training, personnel administration, access controls, employee and contractor classification, and long-term retention.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, staffing, and workforce administration.
  • Maintain personnel policies and controlled workforce records.
  • Coordinate training, development, performance administration, and retention.
  • Support employee, contractor, and volunteer classification and onboarding.
  • Provide internal organizational support across all XZRO divisions.
