What This Division Does

XZRO Import Export provides a single operating owner for physical-goods sourcing and movement. It coordinates suppliers, international trade relationships, customs documentation, shipping, distribution, and related logistics while keeping physical-goods operations separate from software, investments, and property ownership.

Core Responsibilities

  • Source approved physical goods and equipment from domestic and international suppliers.
  • Coordinate import and export documentation and logistics.
  • Manage supplier, shipping, transportation, and distribution relationships.
  • Support approved vehicle, accessories, technology, and commercial-goods sourcing.
  • Document ownership, destination, customs status, and operating purpose of goods.

XZRO Import Export sources and moves physical goods. It does not make investment-ownership decisions, manage real property, or build software products. Those responsibilities remain with XZRO Investments, XZRO PM, and XZRO Products.
